CONWAY, Ark - The University of Central Arkansas Bears Men's and Women's Track & Field teams have concluded their outdoor season for 2023. End of the season awards reflect on the best athletes in the field and on the track, as well as acknowledge the students who have maintained a grade point average of 3.50 or above while earning top ranks in the ASUN Championship events.

UCA had one student recognized for one of these awards. Z'Kiah Kuykendall earned a spot on the 2023 ASUN Women's Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic team.

Z'Kiah Kuykendall earned a 4.0 GPA this semester while pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Counseling & Psychology. At the ASUN Conference Championships, Z' Kiah Kuykendall placed eighth with a qualifying time of 11.94 in the women's 100m dash prelims. In the 100m dash finals, she placed seventh with a time of 12.10. She was also a member of the 4x100m relay team that broke the UCA school record with a time of 44.87, earning a first-place finish at the conference meet.
