Richard Martin, Jr. Invitational with 15 top 10 finishes for their first outdoor meet of the season. Â

Anna Bommes kept the pace for the women's 1500m and Steimel finished strong for the first-place finish with a personal record time of 4:48.02, barely beating
Anna Bommes' time of 4:48.03 for second place, setting a personal record.
Emma Selph kicked it into gear in the last 100m to beat the Pine Bluff runner for 8
th place with a personal record time of 5:03.53.
Felisa Saheib kept a steady pace with a personal record time of 5:13.74 for 12
th place. Close behind,
Isabel Lynch placed 13
th with a time of 5:21.26.
In the men's 1500,
Hunter Henderson led the race until the last 50m when
Fionn Harrington passed him and secured a first-place finish with a personal record time of 4:02.62 with
Hunter Henderson placing second with a 4:03.43. Close behind,
Niklas Iking placed third with a personal record time of 4:06.25.
Jared Touart placed 5
th with a time of 4:10.24. Staying steady at the middle of the pack,
Simon Schneider placed 12
th with a 4:18.70 and
Christian Tamura placed 16

In the women's 5000m,
Marie Møller Schmidt kept a close pace with the third and fourth place runners for the first half of the race, finishing strong in fourth place with a personal record time of 18:58.11.
Anna Jeffcoat finished seventh with a time of 19.50:40 and
Sarah Grace Meek placed 8
th with a time of 20:43.78.
Julian Haessner had a strong race in the men's 5000m keeping the lead the entire race with a facility record time and personal record time of 14:53.01.
Philipp Haessner trailed behind at a steady pace finishing second with a personal record time of 15:06.28.
Tate Whaley came in fourth with a time of 15:23.10 and
Parker Jackson followed close behind in fifth with a time of 15:41.60. Trailing that pack,
Johnny Cordero finished sixth with a personal record time of 15:59.98 and
Thomas Cain placed seventh with a 16:18.86.

"My goal was to go definitely faster. Before the race, the weather forecast was pretty bad, so already realized before the start that it going to be a tough race. However, I enjoyed running on our home track and the support of my teammates."
