NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its 2020 NCAA Division I All-Academic teams on Thursday and both the men's and women's teams achieved recognition.
 
The UCA women posted a cumulative team GPA of 3.67, while the men earned a 3.30 GPA. The women's team finished the year by defending their Southland title and won back-to-back conference titles. The men's team placed fifth at the conference meet.
