The women's track & field teams produced four individual conference champions in 2013, winning five events total and setting a pair of stadium records in the process.

Jasmine Ellis was the league's decathlon champion, setting a UCA and stadium record with 5,125 points at McNeese State's Cameron Communications Track & Field Complex in the Southland Outdoor Track & Field Championships. She broke the previous record set in 1994 by UT Arlington's Jennifer Robeson. Ellis won five of the events, taking first place in the long jump, javelin, 100-meter hurdles, high jump and 200 meters. She was third in the shot put and seventh in the 800 meters.

Freshman Brooke Cassar won both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters at the conference outdoor meet with times of 17:30.24 and 36:12.47, the latter being a stadium record that had stood since 1994. Erika Setzler won the steeplechase with a UCA-record time of 10:31.90, winning by more than 20 seconds over her nearest competitor.

Tanesha Maxwell won the 60-meter dash at the Southland Indoor Championships with a school-record time of 7.50 as the UCA women had their highest point total since joining the league.
