CONWAY, Ark. – The Central Arkansas women's 4x100m relay team is set to make history as the first women to represent the Purple and Gray at the NCAA Championships in Division I program history.

The team of Brenae Allen, Raghan Allen, Baleigh Cashion, and Troynelle Miller will run in the first heat of the semifinal. The race is scheduled to start at 7:05 p.m. CT on Thursday.

This will be the fourth time this relay team has taken the track together this season. In their first race this season, at the John McDonnell Invitational, the team took the first-place finish with a time of 44.77. At the ASUN Championships, the team smashed the school and conference record with a gold medal time of 44.29. In the NCAA West Regional, the team earned their place in the semifinals with a run of 44.57.

The team is highly decorated with 12 ASUN gold medals between the four members including the indoor and outdoor seasons. Brenae Allen earned MVP honors at both the ASUN Indoor and Outdoor Championships this season, as well as ASUN Women's Most Outstanding Track Performer of the Year in both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

This team represents the fourth overall appearance for Central Arkansas at the NCAA National Championships in the program's Division I history. They join Eric Moore (2016), Zachary Jewell (2021), and the 2024 men's 4x100m team as National qualifiers.
