CONWAY, Ark. – The Central Arkansas track and field teams are back on the track this weekend to compete in the Washburn Open and Multi meet on Friday and Saturday in Topeka, Kansas. The first day of the event is set to begin on Friday at 11 a.m. with the 60m dash event of the men's heptathlon. Day two will begin on Saturday at 10 a.m. with the 60m hurdles event in the men's heptathlon.Â

The Bears are coming off the season opening meet two weeks ago where
Jaden Schneeberger earned ASUN Men's Field Performer of the Week honors, and
Jane Musengwa claimed ASUN Women's Freshman of the Week.
Jack Dingman also set a new school record in the 3000m event with a time of 8:17.18. 26 Bears set personal records across the meet as well.Â

Over 3,000 entries from more than 1,800 student-athletes will be featured in the meet.Â
