Trace Pavatt Named Third Team All-ASUN

CONWAY, Ark. – After a successful individual season, women's soccer's Trace Pavatt has been named a Third Team All-ASUN forward, the conference announced Wednesday afternoon.

"Trace had another really good year for us this year leading us in goals and points, and tied for the lead in assists, which were all among the top in the league.  She is a player that has the ability to stretch defenses with her pace and ability to run with the ball making her a threat against any opponent, and very deserving of this award." – Head coach Derek Nichols

Pavatt led the Bears with 17 points on the year, scoring six goals and adding five assists, both team-highs. She finished the year tied for eighth in the ASUN in goals, and ninth in the league in assists. She was one of five players in the ASUN to have six goals and five assists on the season.

During the ASUN slate, she became much more of a playmaker as defenses started focusing on her, and she led the Bears with four helpers during league play. She finished the conference portion of the schedule one assist behind the group of leaders, and added two goals during the ASUN campaign.

The junior earned her second All-ASUN nod, after receiving a Second Team spot in 2023. She also adds the Bears' run of all-conference, having won postseason honors in four of the five seasons since joining the ASUN.
