LYNCHBURG, Va. – The University of Central Arkansas Bears Track and Field Men's and Women's Track and Field teams traveled to Liberty University for the 2023 ASUN Indoor Conference Championships this weekend.
Day one has concluded with the Bears breaking two school records, earning 23 top-10 finishes, and setting 25 personal records.
Setting the UCA record in the men's 60m,
Kobe Gill finished first in the prelims with a personal record time of 6.72, breaking the record by 0.03.
Setting the UCA record in men's Weight Throw previously broken by him,
Malik Beasley placed sixth with a personal record throw of 18.05m (59-2.75).
