CONWAY. Ark. – The University of Central Arkansas Bears men's and women's track teams are headed to Fayetteville this Thursday and Friday for the John McDonell Invitational hosted by the University of Arkansas. Thursday's events will consist of the men's and women's Hammer Throw. The men's Hammer Throw will begin at 3:30 pm and the women's Hammer Throw at 6:00 pm. On Friday, field events start at 9:45 am with the women's Discus Throw and the running events will begin at 3:00 pm with the men's 3,000m Steeplechase.
 
To represent the men's team, Johnson Adegbite, Preston Barker, Kobe Gill, Emmanuel Olie, Wesley Suen, Alec Townsley, Bruce White, Jordan Johnson, Tomas Thompson, Brett Borchert, Johnny Cordero, Fionn Harrington, Hunter Henderson, Alex Hanson, Niklas Iking, Simon Schneider, Christian Tamura, Tyrone Luckett, Bresner Austin, Thomas Cain, Parker Jackson, Tate Whaley, River Hill, Parker Benefield, Jalal Taylor, Malik Beasley, Maximillian Laur, and Michaelangelo Bullard will be competing.

To represent the women's team, Laila Cleare, Kendelle McCoy, Kamaria Russell, Ciara Tucker, Ayana Harris, Zadie St. Louis, Isabel Lynch, Sarah Grace Meek, Ali Nachtigal, Felisa Saheib, Anna Bommes, Ashlyn Floyd, Natalie Louw, Marie Møller Schmidt, Emma Selph, Taylor Coleman, Kiara Williams, Jalyn Akins, Joy Nance, Miranda Nichols, and Jenny Peake, will be competing.
