Conway, Ark.- The Bears competed in the Golfweek Fall Challenge at True Blue Golf Club in Pawleys Island, South Carolina over the past three days to start their 2026-2027 golf season. This event was stroke play, 3 rounds. The Bears shot +20 (884) over the three rounds to finish 15th out of 16 teams in the field. The Bears made 37 birdies over the 3 rounds. Georgia Southern won the event shooting -26 (838).

Sam Norman led the Bears shooting Even for the tournament with rounds of Even, -2, and +2.
Blane Burk shot +5 for the tournament with rounds of +4, +1 and Even.
Leopold Isserentant shot +9 for the tournament with rounds of +6, Even, and +3.
Cohen Kinnard shot +9 for the tournament with rounds of +2, +5, and +2.
David Hornberger shot +18 with rounds of +3, +8, and +7.
