Conway, Ark.- The Central Arkansas Bears competed for the third straight week, this time at the GMAC Invitational in Birmingham, Alabama at the Inverness Country Club. This three-day event took place Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 18 holes per day and was a stroke play event. The Bears shot under par in Rounds 1 and 2 finishing the event in 4^th place with a final score of +7. UAB won the event shooting -16. For the event the Bears made 182 pars (more than anyone), 32 birdies and 3 eagles (tied for 1^st). Thirteen teams and seventy-five golfers played in the event. Two other UAC teams played in this event, Austin Peay and West Georgia, they shot +12 and +43.
 
Cohen Kinnard shot -4 for the tournament, finishing tied for 4^th overall. Round 1: -1, Round 2: E, Round 3: -3.
Blane Burk shot +3 for the tournament. Round 1: -3, Round 2: +4, Round 3: +2.
Sam Norman shot +6 for the tournament. Round 1: E, Round 2: +7, Round 3: -1.
Vukasin Suturovic shot +7 for the tournament. Round 1: +6, Round 2: +3, Round 3: -2.
Leopold Isserentant shot +12 for the tournament. Round 1: +1, Round 2: +7, Round 3: +4.
