CONWAY, Ark. – Back in action on Sunday, the Central Arkansas women's soccer team is back at home, continuing UAC play hosting Little Rock at the Bill Stephens Track and Soccer Complex. Kickoff against the Trojans is set for 7 p.m.
 
The Bears (3-5-2, 0-1 UAC) dropped their UAC opener on Thursday, falling 2-1 against Abilene Christian in Conway. Despite a first-half equalizer from Caroline Billings, the Bears allowed a second-half goal that would ultimately be the difference.
 
Central Arkansas now turns its attention to a familiar foe in Little Rock. Winners of four of the last seven meetings, the Bears have had many battles with the Trojans over the last several years, playing each year since 2020.
 
Little Rock (2-4-2, 0-0-1) started UAC play with a draw, opening with a 1-1 result against Abilene Christian. The game featured 39 total shots, 21 on frame, but only two goals were punched home in the match, both in the first 15 minutes of the game.
 
The Trojans have scored seven goals through eight matches, most of which have come off of assists from Candice Kilderry. The senior defender has a team-high five assists on the year, and leads the team in points this season.
 
Kickoff against Little Rock is set for 7 p.m. on Sunday. The match will be streamed on ESPN+, with live stats available online. As always, attendance at Central Arkansas soccer matches is free.
