Conway, Ark.- The 2026 Phil Steele Teams were announced today, Central Arkansas had several members of the Bear football team named to the 1^st and 2^nd All-UAC Teams.

Phil Steele All-UAC 1^st Team:
Caleb Jones, a Redshirt Sophomore Kicker from Texarkana, Texas. In 2025 Jones went 9 for 9 on field goal attempts, his longest FG was from 39 yards. Jones also went 34 of 36 on extra point attempts.
Chapman McKown, a Junior Punt Returner from Norman, Okla. In 2025 McKown played in and started all 12 games for the Bears. He led the team in punt returns with eight, totaling 90 yards and his longest punt return went for 37 yards.
Tyrell Pollard, a Senior Wide Receiver from Hattiesburg, Miss. In 2025 Pollard played in and started all 12 games for the Bears. He had 26 receptions for 515 yards and 7 touchdowns.  His longest reception went for 76 yards.
Trevion Traylor, a Senior Defensive Lineman from Russellville, Ark. In 2025 Traylor played in and started all 12 games for the Bears. Traylor had 40 total tackles including 17 solo tackles, 8 tackles for loss, 1 sack and forced 1 fumble.
Marcus Washington, a Senior Defensive Back from D'Iberville, Miss. In 2025 Washington played in and started all 12 games for the Bears. He recorded 63 total tackles including 35 solo tackles. He also broke up 5 passes and had 2 tackles for loss.
Ashtyn Williams, a Junior Linebacker from Little Rock, Ark. In 2025 Williams played in and started all 12 games for the Bears. Williams had 70 tackles including 36 solo tackles, he also had 1 interception and 1 tackle for loss.

Phil Steele All-UAC 2^nd Team:
Senon Chapple, a Senior Offensive Lineman from Fort Worth, Texas. In 2025 Chapple played in and started 11 of the Bears 12 games.
Sam Jackson, a Senior Linebacker from Summit, Miss. In 2025, at Arkansas Tech, Jackson led the team in tackles with 79 including 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks and was selected to the All-GAC Team.
Chapman McKown, a Junior Running Back (All Purpose) from Norman, Okla. In 2025 McKown played in and started all 12 games for the Bears. He rushed for 226 yards on 46 attempts, scored one rushing touchdown. He also caught 9 passes for 33 yards. He led the team in punt returns with eight, totaling 90 yards and his longest punt return went for 37 yards.
Jakobe Shell, a Senior Defensive Lineman from Forrest City, Ark. In 2025 Shell played in and started all 12 games for the Bears. Shell led the team in tackles for loss yardage with 28 on 4 tackles for loss. On the season he had 39 total tackles with 16 solo tackles and 1 sack.
