The Bears and the Wildcats have played 16 times, dating all the way back to the first match up in 1939 which ended in a 0-0 tie. The Bears lead the all-time series 12-3-1. More recently the Bears have a 7-3 advantage winning 7 games in a row from 2015-2023, but the Wildcats have won the last two meetings.

Omolo and Jalen Washington each have 55 rushing attempts, Omolo has 358 net yards and 2 TDs while Washington has 369 and 3 TDs. For the receiving group. Dakarai Anderson has the most catches with 24, Tyrell Pollard has the most receiving yards with 241 and Ty Durham and Arlie Lee both lead the team with 2 receiving TDs each. LB Ashtyn Williams continues to lead the defense. He has 56 total tackles on the season (21 solo, 35 as­sisted), he also has 3.5 tackles for loss, 1 sack and 1 intercep­tion. Williams ranks 5th in the FCS in tackles per game (11.2).

The Wildcats are coming off a big win in their UAC opener, beat­ing West Florida 35-7. This season, QB Tucker Parks has thrown for 563 yards and 5 TDs. Rovaughn Banks Jr. is the top run­ning back, he has rushed for 347 yards on 72 attempts and has scored 1 TD. Cristian Driver is the Wildcats top receiver, he has caught 18 passes for 224 yards and 1 TD. Dillon Williams is the top tackler with 61 total tackles (21 solo, 40 assisted), he also has 6 pass breakups this season. Kicker Brandon Perez is 4-7 on field goal attempts, making his longest from 51 yards.
