CONWAY, Ark. - AJ Mull was hired as the Director of Development for the University of Central Arkansas Athletics Department in May 2026. In her role as Director of Development, Mull will support fundraising and donor engagement efforts that help provide resources and opportunities for Central Arkansas student-athletes while strengthening the overall athletic department. Mull earned her bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications in the spring of 2025 from Arkansas State University, where she spent four years competing as a member of the Red Wolves Track & Field program. She is currently enrolled in UCA's Sports Management master's program.
"My experiences in athletics and communications have fueled my interest in athletic administration, fundraising, donor relations, and student-athlete development. Having been a collegiate athlete myself, I know how important support from the community is and how much it can impact an athlete's time on campus," Mull said of the role. "I am grateful for the opportunities collegiate athletics has provided and I enjoy building relationships that help support student-athletes and contribute to the success of athletic programs. I'm excited for this opportunity, and I look forward to helping Central Arkansas continue to grow and succeed."
