AJ Mull was hired as the Director of Development for the University of Central Arkansas Athletics Department in May 2026. In here role as DoD, AJ supports fundraising and donor engagement efforts that help provide resources and opportunities for student-athletes while strengthening the overall athletic program. AJ is a former NCAA Division I track & field student-athlete and current Sports Management master's student at the University of Central Arkansas. She earned her bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications from Arkansas State University in Spring 2025, where she spent four years competing as a member of the Red Wolves Track & Field program.

AJ had this to say about her position in the UCA athletics department, "My experiences in athletics and communications have fueled my interest in athletic administration, fundraising, donor relations, and student-athlete development. I am grateful for the opportunities collegiate athletics has provided and I enjoy building relationships that help support student-athletes and contribute to the success of athletic programs."

AJ and Jamal Mull, a former UCA football standout, were married in 2026.
