Conway, Ark.- The Central Arkansas Bears (5-3, 0-0) will play at the Oklahoma State University Cowboys (4-3, 0-0) at O'Brate Stadium in Stillwater, Okla. First pitch on Tuesday, February 24th will be at 4:00 p.m. The Bears and Cowboys have played six times dating back to 2011. The series is tied 3-3, five of the six games took place in Stillwater where the Bears have won three times. The one game is Conway was in 2018, the Cowboys won that game 3-1.
Last weekend the Bears played their home opener and a four-game series with Northwestern State. It was an exciting series; the Bears took three of the four games winning games 1, 2 and 4. The Demons won game three in a 15-inning marathon.
Zeb Allen batted .450 with 9 hits, 1 HR, 4 RBI, slg% .600 and went 2-2 on stolen base attempts in the series.
Jayden Sloan hit a grand slam in game 4 and made a game saving diving catch in center field late in game 2.
Nate Negre scored 5 runs and had 6 hits in the series. On the mound, all four starting pitchers went at least 6 innings in their starts.

Hunter Alexander closed two games earning two saves. Jack Jones had a great outing in relief throwing four innings of 1 hit baseball in his appearance.
The Cowboys started their season in Arlington, Texas with a three-game series. The Cowboys lost to Arkansas and Oklahoma before beating Vanderbilt. The Cowboys then went out to Arizona for a four-game series at Grand Canyon University. GCU won game one and the Cowboys won games 2, 3 and 4. Kollin Ritchie is leading the Cowboys offensively with a .355 batting average. He has 11 hits, scored 9 runs, hit 3 doubles, 1 triple and 5 homeruns. The pitching staff has an ERA of 6.67, has walked 40 batters and stuck out 64 batters so far this season.
