CONWAY, Ark.- The wait is over. The Central Arkansas Bears baseball program has officially released its 2026 schedule, and it's loaded with can't miss match ups from start to finish. Big match ups. Rivalry games. Power Four opponents. It's all coming to The Bear.
The 55-game slate features 27 games at The Bear, giving fans plenty of chances to pack the stands and cheer on the Bears. This year's schedule includes marquee non-conference showdowns against national powerhouses Oklahoma State, Vanderbilt, and Arkansas.
The in-state rivalries are also back in full force with match ups against the Little Rock Trojans in the always exciting I-40 Showdown (weekend series this year), along with contests against UAPB Golden Lions and Arkansas State Red Wolves.
Head Coach
Nick Harlan says the schedule is built to push the team and excite fans all season long.
"We are intentional about creating a schedule that challenges our team from start to finish," Harlan said. "The number one objective is to play opponents that force our players to be at their very best mentally and physically. This ensures that we are focused on continuous improvement so that we reach our capability."
Harlan added: "I am pleased with the completion of this schedule. Our conference is talented and well coached, and the non-conference schedule provides an opportunity for our team to play against regional qualifiers in great environments, as well as bring quality opponents to The Bear."
Mark your calendars. Baseball season is just around the corner, first pitch will be at ULM on February 13th!
