FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Central Arkansas Men's and Women's Track & Field teams traveled to the John McDonnell Invitational this weekend.

After two days of competition, the Bears broke a UCA record, have earned 16 top-10 finishes and set 11 personal records.

Breaking the UCA record in the men's 4x100 relay, the UCA team consisting of Wesley Suen, Kobe Gill, Jake Green, and TyJuan Huffman placed third with a time of 39.71.

Field Events
In the women's Hammer Throw, Joia Perry placed fourth with a throw of 53.63m (175-11.0). Sarah Robinson placed seventh with a throw of 44.41m (145-8.0).

In the men's Hammer Throw, Jaden Schneeberger placed third with a throw of 58.68m (192-6.0). Treavor Green placed sixth with a throw of 58.54m (192-1.0), Malik Beasley placed seventh with a throw of 56.24m (184-6.0), and Aidan Patton placed ninth with a throw of 56.04m (183-10.0).

In the men's Discus, Malik Beasley placed sixth with a throw of 45.32m (148-8.0).

In the men's Shot Put, Jaden Schneeberger placed third with a throw of 16.43m (53-11.0). Malik Beasley placed fifth with a throw of 16.34m (53-7.5) and Aidan Patton placed sixth with a throw of 15.87m (52-0.75).
 
Track Events
In the women's 4x100 relay, the UCA team placed second with a time of 44.79.

In the men's 4x100 relay, the UCA team placed third with a time of 39.71.

In the men's 110m hurdles, Xavier Simpkins finished 11^th with a time of 14.42. Byron Holt finished 16^th with a time of 14.61.

In the women's 400m, Symone Quiles finished 28^th with a time of 57.90. Grace Deshotels placed 39^th with a time of 1:00.31.

In the men's 400m, Armonte Paulk finished 14^th with a time of 47.83. Aaron Webb finished 19^th with a time of 49.04.

Troynelle Miller placed fifth in the women's 100m dash with a time of 11.75.

In the men's 100m dash, Jake Green finished 11^th with a time of 10.62.

In the men's 400m hurdles, Xavier Simpkins placed seventh with a time of 54.01.

In the men's 800m, Jack Dingman finished 10^th with a time of 1:51.67. Jonathan Heath finished 16^th with a time of 1:52.90.

In the women's 200m, Raghan Allen finished 12^th with a time of 23.88. Kendelle McCoy was close behind in 14^th with a time of 24.19 and Ciara Tucker finished 18^th with a time of 24.50.

TyJuan Huffman placed eighth in the men's 200m with a time of 20.99. Wesley Suen finished 14^th with a time of 21.37, Aaron Webb was close behind in 15^th with a time of 21.37, and Armonte Paulk finished 17^th with a time of 21.47.
