CONWAY, Ark. _ The University of Central Arkansas Bears will take on the UNC Asheville Bulldogs at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Farris Center for their Toy Drive game to close out their multi-team event.
UCA fell 77-73 to Southeast Missouri on Thursday night to open the tournament. UNC Asheville then knocked off SEMOÂ 72-64Â on Friday night on Scottie Pippen Court.
The Bears, 1-1 at home this season, will face an athletic Bulldogs team that played in the NCAA Tournament two years ago. UNCA is 2-2 on the year, with a win over Atlantic Sun member North Florida last Monday in Jacksonville, Fla.
The Bulldogs have four players averaging in double figure scoring, led by Josh Banks with 16.5 points per game. Banks, a 6-foot-5 fifth-year senior who transferred from VCU, is also UNCA's top perimeter threat with 13 three-pointers (40.6 percent).
The Bulldogs shoot 33.3 percent from three-point range as a team, but just 39.8 percent overall from the field. They are averaging 72.8 points per game and allowing 82.8, hurt by a 110-point effort by Alabama in their season opener.

Layne Taylor leading the way at 15.2 points per game. Senior
Elias Cato is next at 13.4, followed by sophomore
Brayden Fagbemi at 12.2. Fagbemi, a 6-foot guard from Naperville, Ill., also leads the Bears in rebounding (6.0 per game) and assists (5.2).
The Bears return to the road next Saturday, playing their third Power 4 team of the young season in Georgia Tech. Game time is noon (CST) from Atlanta.
