Conway, Ark.- The Bears started their Spring 2026 schedule this week competing in the Great River Cup in Monroe, Louisiana on Monday and Tuesday. Most of the events the Bears play in are stroke play but in this event the format was match play. Match play is a head-to-head, hole-by-hole competition with each individual trying to win as many holes as possible. As a match play team event, the individuals of one team are trying to win more matches than the individuals of the team they are playing against.
