CONWAY, Ark. – Head coach
Tony Kemper has released the 2025-26 women's basketball schedule, which features a pair of Power Four games, a Thanksgiving tournament in Atlanta, followed by the Sugar Bears' fifth season in the ASUN.
The season tips off on November 3
rd, as the Sugar Bears head to Columbia, Missouri to take on the Tigers of Mizzou. The team then returns for its home opener on November 7
th against Lyon College, and three days later, travels to Fayetteville to take on the Hogs on November 10
th.
Arkansas State rolls into town on November 19
th, followed by three-straight at Georgia State, as part of their Thanksgiving Tournament. The Sugar Bears open December with a home game against Hendrix, and then have four-straight on the road before conference, with the Governor's I-40 Showdown at Little Rock on December 6
th.
ASUN play starts on New Years, with the Sugar Bears on the road to Florida to face Stetson and Florida Gulf Coast. The conference slate is 18 games within the ASUN, playing nine at home and nine on the road. Central Arkansas plays at home against Bellarmine (Jan. 8) and Eastern Kentucky (Jan. 10), four-straight from January 21
st-31
st, again on February 7
th (Lipscomb), Austin Peay on February 18
th, and Senior Day against Queens is set for February 27
th.
The Sugar Bears start this season with five returners, bringing back
