CONWAY, Ark. _ The University of Central Arkansas athletics department has launched a partnership with Influxer to enhance NIL opportunities for its 450 student-athletes, according to Matt Whiting, UCA's director of athletics. 

"As the NIL landscape continues to evolve, we are excited to partner with Influxer and provide this opportunity to our student-athletes," said Whiting. "This collaboration will directly benefit our student-athletes, assist them in developing real world business skills, and provides another avenue for all of Bear Nation to show their support and pride for Central Arkansas Athletics."

Influxer is an officially licensed vendor, creating co-branded apparel customized with the names and numbers of individual student-athletes. Through this partnership, Influxer will provide education and training on marketing, entrepreneurship, and personal branding to UCA's student-athletes while enhancing their image and branding.

UCA's student-athletes will have the opportunity to create their own web page that features personalized gear available for purchase by the fans and supporters of the Bears and Sugar Bears. In addition to overseeing the online store, the Influxer staff will oversee all fulfillment and customer service obligations, while also collaborating with the student-athletes on creative elements and marketing opportunities to enhance their business insight. 
 
"Working with Matt Whiting and (senior associate athletic director) Darrell Walsh has been an amazing opportunity to see the vision they have for Central Arkansas providing great options through Influxer for their student-athletes," said Keith Miller, vice president of Influxer. "They see this as not simply a transactional opportunity, but as an opportunity to develop long term skills for life for their student-athletes."

Influxer has partnered with more than 300 colleges and universities around the country, including Arkansas, LSU, Oklahoma, Florida State, Memphis, Houston and USC.
