SEARCY, Ark. – The University of Central Arkansas Men's and Women's Track & Field teams traveled to the Bison Open this Saturday.

The Bears broke two UCA records, earned 51 top-10 finishes and set 36 personal records.

Breaking the UCA record, Aidan Patton placed first in the men's Hammer Throw with a throw of 60.07m (197-1.0).

Breaking the UCA record, Miranda Nichols placed third in the women's Discus with a throw of 42.66m (140-0.0).

Natalie Louw placed first in the women's High Jump with a height of 1.67m (5-5.75).

Aidan Patton placed first in the men's Shot Put with a throw of 15.94m (52-3.5).

Joia Perry placed first in the women's Hammer with a throw of 53.62m (175-11.0).

Alexis Frick placed first in the women's 1500m with a time of 4:49.03.

In the men's 1500m, Gavin Frick placed second with a time of 4:00.17. Bresner Austin was close behind in third with a 4:01.41 and Lucas Tauch placed sixth with a time of 4:04.43. Carlos Hernandez finished 13^th with a time of 4:10.83.
In the women's 100m hurdles, Madisyn Crandall placed second with a time of 14.62. Kylie Wright placed fifth with a time of 15.13.
In the men's 110m hurdles, Levi Dugger placed ninth with a time of 16.80.
Grace Deshotels placed fourth in the women's 400m with a time of 58.24. 
Armonte Paulk placed second in the men's 400m with a time of 47.50. Aaron Webb placed eighth with a time of 49.59, Bruce White finished 17^th with a time of 50.70, and Jonathan Heath finished 20^th with a time of 50.97.

In the women's 800m, Emma Selph placed sixth with a time of 2:20.50. Ashlyn Floyd placed eighth with a time of 2:21.93.
Charles Nnantah Jr. placed second in the men's 400m hurdles with a time of 56.07. Micheal Griffin placed fifth with a time of 59.94.
Brenae Allen placed sixth in the women's 200m with a time of 25.52.
In the men's 200m, Armonte Paulk placed sixth with a time of 21.74. Jake Green finished 13^th with a time of 22.14 and Kristopher Hayes finished 23^rd with a time of 22.52.
In the women's 4x400 relay, the UCA team consisting of Grace Deshotels, Kamaria Russell, Symone Quiles, and Raghan Allen placed second with a time of 3:46.52. The UCA team consisting of Brenae Allen, Symone Quiles, Ciara Tucker, and Troynelle Miller placed third with a time of 3:57.60.
