PITTSBURG, Kan. – The University of Central Arkansas Bears Men's and Women's Track and Field teams competed in day two of the 8^th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic.

The Bears ended the day with ten top-10 finishes and 19 personal records set.

Julian Haessner broke the UCA record in the men's 3000m with a personal record time of 8:18.84.

The UCA team consisting of Grace Deshotels, Kamaria Russell, Zadie St. Louis, and Kayla Scott broke the UCA record in the women's 4x400 relay with a time of 3:48.64.

This brings the total up to three records broken at this meet after Malik Beasley broke the men's Weight Throw record yesterday.

In the women's Shot Put, Kiara Williams placed 9^th with a throw of 12.30m (40' 4.25"). Miranda Nichols finished 23^rd with a personal record throw of 11.61m (38' 1.0").
In the men's Shot Put, Malik Beasley finished 13^th with a throw of 15.55m (51' 0.25"). Aidan Patton finished 24^th with a throw of 14.56m (47' 9.25").
 
Running Events
In the men's 3000m, Julian Haessner placed seventh with a personal record time of 8:18.84. Gavin Frick finished 16^th with a personal record time of 8:29.62 and Philipp Haessner finished 19^th with a personal record time of 8:32.53.
In the women's 60m hurdles prelims, Kayla Scott finished 18^th with a time of 9.08. Natalie Louw finished 26^th with a personal record time of 9.32.
In the women's 60m dash prelims, Kendelle McCoy placed 6^th with a time of 7.67. Z'Kiah Kuykendall placed 9^th with a personal record time of 7.68, Ciara Tucker finished 17^th with a personal record time of 7.80, and Ayana Harris finished 22^nd with a personal record time of 7.84.
In the men's 60m dash prelims, Kobe Gill placed fifth with a time of 6.81. Wesley Suen was close behind in seventh with a personal record time of 6.85.
In the women's 60m dash finals, Kendelle McCoy placed seventh with a personal record time of 7.66.
In the men's 60m dash finals, Wesley Suen placed sixth with a time of 6.88.
In the men's mile finals, Hunter Henderson finished 51^st with a time of 4:22.44.
In the women's 400m dash finals, Zadie St. Louis placed ninth with a personal record time of 57.29. Symone Quiles finished 24^th with a personal record time of 58.62.
In the men's 400m dash finals, Armonte Paulk finished 14^th with a time of 48.64. Jordan Johnson finished 24^th with a personal record time of 49.21 and Shamal Sullivan finished 25^th with a personal record time of 49.30. Tyrone Luckett finished 47^th with a time of 50.26 and Bruce White finished 58^th with a 51.71.
In the women's 800m, Anna Bommes finished 13^th with a personal record time of 2:15.03. Emma Selph finished 22^nd with a personal record time of 2:19.19, Ali Nachtigal finished 46^th with a personal record time of 2:22.94, and Jewel Baer finished 58^th with a personal record time of 2:24.90.
In the men's 800m, Bresner Austin finished 44^th with a personal record time of 1:57.80. Johnny Cordero finished 52^nd with a 1:58.46 and Jackson Salsman finished 69^th with a personal record time of 2:04.29.
In the women's 4x400 relay, the UCA team consisting of Grace Deshotels, Kamaria Russell, Zadie St. Louis, and Kayla Scott placed third with a time of 3:48.64. The UCA 'B' team consisting of Symone Quiles, Kendelle McCoy, Taylor Conway, and Aubrey Elam finished 18^th with a time of 4:03.21.
In the men's 4x400 relay, the UCA team consisting of Tyrone Luckett, Preston Barker, Wesley Suen, and Bruce White finished 14^th with a time of 3:18.22.
