NOTES
• The Sugar Bears and Aggies are meeting for the third straight season, all in Reed Arena. Last season the Sugar Bears were tied at 29 with the No. 21 Aggies at the half, and trailed by just 4 with under 5:30 to play before A&M pulled away late. The Sugar Bears played that game with just 8 players available, with Taylor Sells going for 15 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists and Mekaylan Hicks getting 9 points and 6 rebounds. They are the only two Sugar Bears who scored in last year's meeting who will suit up Saturday.
• The Aggies started the season ranked in the Top 20 but have slipped out of the polls following a 5-2 start. This week they are 26th in the AP Poll and 28th in the Coaches' Poll.
• The Aggies are 3-1 at home with wins over Rice (65-54), Jacksonville (73-53) and Arkansas State (97-56) and a loss to Lamar (74-68) in which they were playing without leading scorer Chennedy Carter - last season's National Freshman of the Year.
• The Sugar Bears are 1-2 on the road with a 57-46 win at Alcorn State and losses at Oklahoma (65-52) and Jackson State (65-56).
• Central Arkansas' Sandra Rushing and Texas A&M's Gary Blair have combined for 1,306 wins during their careers, with Rushing entering the game at 536-318 (.628) and Blair at 770-316 (.709).
• The Sugar Bears rank 2nd nationally in scoring defense, giving up 48.7 points per game. On Wednesday they held Oklahoma 15 points below its season scoring average and 26.5 below the Sooners' average at home.
• The Sugar Bears rank 10th nationally in offensive rebounding, getting 18 per game; and are 11th in turnover margin (+8.43)
• Texas A&M has two of the SEC's Top 10 scorers in Chennedy Carter (20.0 - 2nd in SEC, 33rd nationally) and Aaliyah Wilson (15.7 - 8th in SEC)
• The Sugar Bears have two wins against SEC opponents since 2011 – defeating Alabama 58-46 in Conway in 2011 and Ole Miss 66-63 in Oxford in 2013.
