Nicholas Doyle enters his first season as assistant coach and the UCA Men’s Soccer program. Doyle returns to UCA after a spell as the graduate assistant in 2016 and 2017, where he would help lead the team to their first ever MVC conference championship and a berth to the NCAA Tournament. During his time at UCA, he also helped the program record their best season at the Division I level and was a part of the MVC Coaching Staff of the Year. In addition to his new role at UCA, Doyle is also the Head Coach of the USL2 team the Little Rock Rangers, where he lead them to their first division championship and US Open Cup berth.
As a three-year all conference player at the collegiate level, Doyle captained his team to three postseason finals. He recorded 13 goals and 4 assists as a center back. After college, he competed semi-professionally with the local USL2 team Little Rock Rangers. During his time at the Rangers, he appeared in the US Open Cup, won the Heartland Conference, achieved first team awards, was a part of the Southern Region Team of the Year, and led the team to a national quarterfinal twice.
Doyle currently resides in Maumelle with his wife Allison and two kids Liam and Beckham.
