Erin Martin joins the beach volleyball team in the summer of 2023 all the way from Denver, Colo., where she previously coached at multiple junior beach volleyball clubs around the area. She assisted in elevating the Colorado junior beach community by assisting a club to go from unranked to Top 10 in the nation for 2021 and 2022 years. She also recently helped found the Colorado Elite beach volleyball training program.
  Martin spent her last two years of college as a member of the Boise State beach volleyball team where she helped the Broncos post the first 20-win season in program history with a 20-9 record. In 2022, Martin played as the No. 1 pair.
  Prior to Boise State, she also competed for Loyola Marymount University, helping the team to its first ever West Coast Conference and first season finishing at the No. 10 position in the AVCA Coaches Poll. Her record was 23-11 overall. Prior to that, she also competed for the University of New Mexico at the No. 1 position, posting a 13-10 record and being ranked No. 15 as a pair for the season.
  Martin has a Master's Degree in Athletic Leadership.
