Played in 14 career games, making five tackles with one tackle for loss.

2009: Appeared in all 12 games as a reserve defensive lineman...made four tackles with one for loss...had two solo tackles and one for loss for three yards in win at Western Kentucky.

2008: Played in two games, recorded one tackle in season opener against Henderson State before receiving medical redshirt.

High School: Three-year letterman and two-time all-conference selection at Aldine-Nimitz High School in Texas... recorded 81 career pancake blocks...named to Academic Honor Roll four times...lettered in both baseball and basketball.
