Biography

2019: Appeared in five games at QB... completed 2 of 3 passes for 19 yards and a touchdown... threw a 19-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Hudson on his only play of the game vs. McNeese

2018: Appeared in seven games as redshirt freshman, starting all seven... led the Bears with 1,857 passing yards... completed 120 of 247 (48.6 percent) of his passes, with 18 touchdowns and 8 interceptions... also had one rushing TD... threw for 304 yards and 5 TDs vs. Houston Baptist in first start... named SLC Offensive Player of the Week for that performance... also tossed five TD passes vs. Northwestern State... threw for 319 yards vs. Incarnate Word... had two completions of 70+ yards... completed a career-high 23 passes vs. ACU 

2017: Redshirted at UCA

High School: Threw for 3,289 yards and rushed for 1,320 yards with 56 total touchdowns in his career at Greenwood (Ark.) HS... 6A All-State selection (2015 & 2016)... Led team to state championship game in 2015 & 2016... Hootens.com Top 50 Recruits
