2007: Played in 10 games and started three as a true freshman. Recorded six tackles, with 2.5 for loss. Had three tackles in season finale at McNeese State.

High School: Two-time All-District selection at Dallas Carter High School...named 2006 All-Area and All-City selection...had 96 tackles, 4.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in 2006...2005 district shot put champion and a regional finalist...also named WFAA.com Player of the Week and to the DISD Dandy Dozen.
