PLAYING HISTORY: three-year letterwinner at quarterback for the Bears (2012-2014)... played in all 12 games in 2014 and started nine... threw for 2,380 yards and 23 touchdowns, completing 66.2 percent of his passes (200 of 302)... threw for 1,848 yards and 18 touchdowns as a junior in 2013, completing 61.5 percent of his passes (144 of 234)... is ninth in career passing yards at UCA with 4,314... is tied for fifth in career passing touchdowns at UCA with 42... threw for 300 yards in a game six times in his career and 400 yards (403 vs. Stephen F. Austin in 2013) once...had 392 passing yards vs. Abilene Christian in 2014... had five passing touchdowns vs. Montana State in 2014... a two-time Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week... SLC Academic Honor Roll... played prep ball at Vestavia Hills (Ala.) High School where he threw for more than 4,000 career yards     

COACHING HISTORY: served as graduate assistant at UCA in 2015 and full-time in 2016... in his third season coaching tight ends at UCA

FAMILY: married to former UCA tennis player Stephanie Gonzalez
