PLAYING HISTORY: four-year starter and team captain at Belhaven College... MSC All-Conference selection in 2006 and 2007 as a defensive end... was Belhaven strength and conditioning athlete of the year in 2007... amateur  Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter

COACHING HISTORY: comes to UCA from Mississippi State where he was assistant strength and conditioning coach from 2012-14... was strength and conditioning intern at Louisiana State University from 2011-12... was strength and conditioning graduate assistant at Valdosta State from 2009-11... was strength and conditioning intern at Baylor University in 2010... was S&C intern at U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., in 2009... was volunteer S&C coach at VSU in 2008, volunteer assistant coach/assistant strength and conditioning coach at Belhaven in 2008
