PLAYING HISTORY:  spent two years (2010-12) as a player in the National Football League (NFL)...  taken in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft as the No. 143 overall pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars, making him UCA’s highest draft selection all-time... also spent time with the Green Bay Packers and Oakland Raiders, as well as with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the Virginia Destroyers of the United Football League (UFL)... was a two-time Southland Conference Defensive Player of the Year at UCA (2008-09)... was named to the Southland Conference All-2000s decade team... named an All-American by multiple publications/organizations in both 2008 and 2009... helped the Bears win the SLC title in 2008... played at Holmes Community College where he was a two-time Mississippi Junior College All-State selection... was All-District and All-Jackson Metro at Madison (Miss.) Central HS.    

COACHING HISTORY: served as defensive line coach at Holmes Community College (Goodman, Miss.) in 2016... served as a graduate assistant at Arkansas State University in 2014 and 2015, helping the Red Wolves to two consecutive bowl game appearances
