Kre Trammell was hired as a coach at the University of Central Arkansas in April of 2021. He graduated from Watson Chapel High School in 2015 and from Arkansas Tech University in 2018, where he played football for both teams.
Trammell's coaching career began at Arkansas Tech as a graduate assistant and cornerback coordinator. He then moved to Southern Arkansas University as the defensive back coordinator before joining UCA, where he now serves as the special teams and cornerback coordinator.
In high school, Trammell was a two-time team captain and received three letters as a defensive back. He was recognized as two-time all-conference and two-time first-team S.E.A.R.K., and was also a two-time all-state player. During his college career, he was a two-time academic all-conference player and participated in two bowl games.
As a coach, Trammell was part of the 2022 ASUN Championship team. During his time at UCA, Trammell has coached 7 All Conference players, 1 All American, 1 Pro, and 2 players who made it into a pro camp.
