Biography

Career: Games played/started: 148/143...career .293 hitter with 151 hits, 110 runs scored, 21 doubles, five triples, seven home runs and 79 RBI...also has 18 stolen bases...split time between left field, right field and designated hitter

Honors: SLC Offensive Player of the Week on 3/12/12

2012: Games played/started: 53/52...led team and ranked third in SLC with 46 RBI...scored 40 runs to rank second on team and tie for eighth in SLC...hit .286 with a .381 on-base percentage and a .387 slugging percentage...hit six doubles, one triple, and four home runs...stole seven...intentionally walked four times, tying a school record...went 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI, and two runs against Mississippi Valley on March 6th...had 17 multi-hit games and a team-leading 11 multi-RBI games

2011: Games played/started: 51/45...hit .303 with 53 hits, 38 runs scored, 10 doubles, two triples and 23 RBI...second on team with nine stolen bases...tied for team lead 16 multiple-hit games...went 4-for-6 at Nicholls on Apr. 15...went 2-for-4 with a double, a home run and four RBI against UT Arlington...also had three hits against SIU Edwardsville, Indiana State, Nicholls, Northwestern State and Sam Houston State

2010: Games played/started: 44/36...hit .291 with 41 hits, 32 runs scored, five doubles, two triples, two home runs and 16 RBI as a true freshman...saw time at first base, left field, right field and designated hitter...started season with a 10-game hit streak...went 4-for-6 with a double, four RBI and two runs scored in season opener against SIU Edwardsville on Feb. 19...went 3-for-5 with two runs scored against Saint Louis on Feb. 26...hit home runs at Nevada and at Missouri State

High school: two-time all-state selection for White Hall High School in Arkansas...three-time all-conference selection...named Southeast Arkansas Sophomore of the Year...played in Xtra Innings Classic as a junior...hit .557 with three home runs and 38 RBI as a senior...hit .396 with four homers and 32 RBI during junior year...had a .367 batting average with three home runs and 29 RBI during sophomore campaign
