2026 MICHELLE SHORT & ADAM BROWN MEMORIAL COLLEGIATE CLASSIC

Michelle Short was a member of the Central Arkansas Softball program in 2004, before passing away in a car accident.
The Michelle Short Scholarship Fund was established through the UCA Foundation in her memory.

Adam Brown was a Navy SEAL and a member of the elite SEAL Team SIX.
After he was killed in action on his final mission to kill a high-level Taliban target, a group
of UCA Alumni and fraternity brothers of the Epsilon Phi Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha created
a scholarship in honor of their fallen friend.

2026 MILISA MOORE & SHANE LAMB TOURNAMENT

Milisa Moore, a Conway native and Central Arkansas alum, was a beloved member of the Central Arkansas Athletics family for 19 years. During her tenure, she battled breast cancer twice over 11 years before passing away on May 7, 2023. Milisa was known for her fighting spirit and positive attitude, and was a joy to all who had the opportunity to know her.

Shane Lamb was a former baseball player at UCA, and he stayed in the UCA family for many years afterwards, joining the softball staff and helping develop some of the best teams in program history. His legacy and impact on Central Arkansas athletics as a coach and mentor are dearly missed.
