Strength & Conditioning Center
The new 7,500-square foot, $1.6 million Strength & Conditioning Center opened in 2012, giving Central Arkansas student-athletes a first-class training facility with all-new equipment including 14 power racks; more than 10,000 pounds of weight plates, dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls; plyo boxes and more, with additional space for floor exercises.

Indoor Center
The Indoor Center is a multi-million dollar project that serves as indoor training facility for many of Central Arkansas' teams. Completed in 2004, the structure houses a 60-yard synthetic turf playing surface that allows the teams to work on all phases of instruction in inclement weather.
