High School: 2013 SOSSA Champion...2013 AAAA OFSAA volleyball participant...Multiple-time SOSSA champion in the 100m, 200m, and long jump...OFSAA silver medalist in the long jump (2012)...three-time OFSAA track participant (2012-14)

Personal: Daughter of Diana Rainford-Allen and Wayne Allen...has one sibling, Amari...won bronze in the 100m at the 2012 Legion Track and Field Nationals...favorite volleyball memory is attending the HPC Team Ontario Selection camp in 2014 and participating in the 2015 Provincials and Canadian Nationals...plans on majoring in biology
