Biography

Preseason First Team All-Southland Conference selection…enters senior season 13th on school’s career scoring list and needs just 55 points to break into career top five…is sixth in career PATs made, needs 14 to crack top five and 19 to move into third…is fourth in career FGs made with 29, needs 15 for school record…second in career FG Pct. at 74.4 (29 of 39)…third in career PAT Pct. at 95.7.

2009: Earned First Team All-Southland Conference honors after leading league in PAT percentage – finishing a perfect 37-for-37 – and finishing second in the league in field goals made with 16 (of 20) which ties UCA record…made 14 consecutive field goals dating back to previous season, breaking school record…broke school record by making 4 field goals in single game (at Southeastern Louisiana)… had two games with three field goals (Stephen F. Austin, Texas State)…had 85 points, sixth-highest in the Southland…had a season-long FG of 40 yards at SLU…was two-time Southland Conference Special Teams Player of the Week – 10/12 after scoring 10 points (4-4 PAT, 2-2 FG) at Northwestern State; and 11/2 after scoring 13 points (4-4 FG, 1-1 PAT) and recording three touchbacks on kickoffs at SLU.

2008: Appeared in all 12 games...made 13 (of 19) field goals, tied for second most in a season in UCA history...was 53 of 57 on extra point attempts, giving him the second-most PATs in a season in school history...scored 92 points, averaging 7.7 per game – second in the Southland Conference in scoring among kickers and seventh overall...was fourth in the league in field goals made... longest field goal was 47 yards...was named Southland Special Teams Player of the Week for 9/15, after hitting both field goals and all five extra points against Arkansas-Pine Bluff...scored 12 points against Sam Houston State with two field goals and six PATs...had two tackles and two fumble recoveries.

High School: Two-time All-State selection at Charleston High School in Arkansas...named MVP of the 2005 state championship game...three-time All-Conference choice and was named two-time Associated Press Super Team...First Team Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Super Team...had career-long 51-yard field goal and 40.3 yard punt average.
