Head-to-Head: 0-3. Central Oklahoma and Central Arkansas played three times in the 1950s. UCO won all three games; 21-7 in '53, 21-20 in '54 and 66-12 in '55. The game in '54 was played in Conway, the other two games in Edmond.

The Bears will be playing their second game in a row at home this weekend, this time welcoming the Bronchos from UCO. So far this season Donovyn Omolo has been solid at the QB position throwing for 440 yards completing 71% of his passes and throwing 4 TDs. Omolo is also leading the Bears in rushing yards with 243 yards on the ground and 1 TD. Tyrell Pollard has the most receiving yards with 121. Defensively the Bears are led by Ashtyn Wil­liams (22 tackles), Kyle Vocque (13) and Trevion Traylor (12).

The Bronchos have played one game so far this season, beating Texas Wesleyan on the road in week zero 58-7. The Bronchos had 498 total yards of offense in the game and gave up just 262 yards. Senior QB Jett Huff from College Station, Texas has thrown for 6110 yards in his career with 54 TDs. Wide Receiver Makel Paiva was his favorite pass catcher in game one of the season, catching 6 passes for 105 yards. The Bronchos defense is led by Xzavier Booth who led the team in tackles in game one with 8 and Reese Roller who had 7 tackles, 3 of them for lost yards and 1 sack.
