Conway, Ark. - The Beach Bears travel to Huntsville, Alabama this week to compete in the 2026 ASUN Beach Volleyball Championship, set for April 22–24 at John Hunt Park. Entering the tournament as the No. 7 seed, Central Arkansas (13-17) will open play against No. 2 seed North Florida (18-13) on Wednesday, April 22 at 3 p.m.
The championship will follow a double-elimination format, giving teams multiple opportunities to advance through the bracket. The opening matchup presents a strong test against a North Florida squad that has put together an 18-13 record this season, while Central Arkansas looks to build momentum and carry its experience into postseason play.
With a competitive lineup and valuable matches throughout the spring, the Beach Bears aim to make an impact and put together a strong run in Huntsville.
