Camren Hunter Announced as ASUN Player of the Week

Conway, Ark.- The ASUN Conference announces Camren Hunter as Player of the Week. The Bears won at Stetson 88-76, their 11th ASUN win in a row and their 5th ASUN road win in a row and lost in overtime at FGCU 71-75 last week.

Camren Hunter scored 30 points, had five rebounds, six assists, and four steals at Stetson while going 6-12 from three-point range. At FGCU Hunter scored 24 points, had six rebounds, and three assists. Hunter also went for a total of 12-12 from the free throw line in both games combined. In all ASUN games, Hunter is scoring 21.6 points per game and has scored 346 points, both are good for 3rd place in the league.

The Bears have two regular season games left before the ASUN Championship Tournament in Jacksonville, Florida. They will be at Austin Peay on Wednesday, tip-off at 7:30 p.m. and then at home for Senior Day against Queens on Saturday, tip-off at 1:00 p.m.
