The Bears are coming off an historic season in 25-26, winning the ASUN regular season title and setting records across the Div. I era at Central Arkansas. This year the Bears return 9 players from last year's team and added 6 new players to the roster. The UAC Preseason Poll has Central Arkansas picked as the favorite to win the league in its inaugural season. Ty Robinson and Tucker Anderson were picked to the Preseason All-UAC Team.

The Golden Eagles finished last season with a 10-23 record, 4-12 in The Summit League. The Golden Eagles have 6 returning players from last year's roster and 9 new players. The Golden Eagles are picked to finish in 7th place out of 8 teams in the Summit League Preseason Poll.
