CONWAY, Ark. – The UCA Sugar Bears (12–10, 9–3 ASUN) are set to travel to Tennessee for a pair of crucial ASUN matchups. Central Arkansas opens the trip at Austin Peay on Thursday, November 7 at 6 p.m., before heading to Nashville to face Lipscomb on Saturday, November 9 at 6 p.m.

Riding a two-match win streak, the Sugar Bears enter the week near the top of the ASUN standings and continue to find their rhythm as postseason play approaches. UCA's balanced attack has been key to its success, led by Laci Bohannan with a team-high 265 kills, followed by Gabby Tuiaana (210) and Samantha Cousins (154). Setter Caylan Koons has directed the offense masterfully with 677 assists, while also contributing 14 service aces.

At the service line, Alexis McDaniel leads the team with 26 aces, while also anchoring the defense with a team-best 337 digs. Bohannan (167) and Koons (147) provide additional stability in the back row, and McKinzee Haas continues to dominate at the net with a team-high 90 blocks, supported by Greyson Button and Tuiaana, who have each recorded 60.

Austin Peay (4–20, 2–10 ASUN) enters Thursday's matchup on a four-match losing streak and is still seeking its first home win of the season (0–9). Meanwhile, Lipscomb (11–11, 7–5 ASUN) remains a steady force in the conference, coming off a home win to move above .500 overall.

The Sugar Bears, who hold a 5–3 record on the road, will look to continue their strong away performance and set the tone before tournament play.
