Richmond, Ky. - The Central Arkansas Sugar Bears (15-11, 12-3 ASUN) claimed a dramatic 3-2 victory over the Eastern Kentucky Colonels (19-9, 10-5 ASUN) in a nail-biting match at the Olympic Sports Training Center. The Sugar Bears overcame a sluggish start to secure the win with set scores of 22-25, 25-23, 23-25, 25-17, and 15-12, maintaining their second-place position in the conference standings.
