CONWAY, Ark. _ The University of Central Arkansas Sugar Bears rolled to a 63-50 over the ULM Warhawks on the road on Saturday afternoon.

The Sugar Bears (2-2) got a combined 41 points from Parris Atkins, Kierra Prim and Kayla Mitchell to down the Warhawks. 

UCA shot just 31.1 percent overall from the field but connected on 18 of 22 (81.8 percent) from the free throw line. The Sugar Bears jumped out a 19-9 lead after one quarter but the Warhawks tied it at 28-28 at halftime. UCA then outscored ULM 18-15 in the fourth quarter to seal the win, the Sugar Bears'  second win of the week.

UCA turned 39 rebounds into 26 second-chance points, with Prim pulling down 10 rebounds to go along with her 14 points. Atkins topped the Sugar Bears with 15 points and made three of UCA's four three-pointers. 

Emma Merriweather topped the Warhawks with 13 points, one of three in double figures.

The Sugar Bears return home to face cross-town rival Hendrix at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Farris Center.
