CONWAY, Ark. – The Central Arkansas women's soccer team looks to bounce back after a heartbreaking loss in the second of four matches during the homestand on Sunday. The Bears will face the ORU Golden Eagles at the Bill Stephens Soccer Complex.
 
In the last match, UCA scored three goals, which equaled the season total, but fell in double overtime to Tulsa, 4-3. 
Emma Hawkins has scored a goal in consecutive contests after she put two goals in the back of the net against Tulsa and added one assist. 
Sydney Brough tallied her first goal of the young season. 
Anika Sultan picked up her first point of the season with an assist.
 
The Bears enter Sunday's contest with a 1-4 record. Hawkins paces UCA with four goals and two assists. 
Kelly Van Gundy has a goal and an assist on the season. Brough is the final of three Bears with a goal. Sultan, 
Laurel Landry, and 
Gabby Thies each have an assist. 
Keyla Perez has been strong between the posts with 18 saves on the year and has spent 225:00 in net this season. 
Kajsa Pruner has stopped eight shots and has played 236:56 in goal for the Bears.
 
The Bears and Golden Eagles have met six times and the series is split 3-3. UCA is currently riding a three-match winning streak in the series, including a 5-2 victory in Tulsa last season.
 
ORU enters the match with a 2-2-1 mark and are coming off of a 2-1 loss to Missouri State. The Golden Eagles are led by Pamela Caballeros with four goals and two assists. Samantha See, Sophie Nash, and Kennedy Langbartels all have tallied two goals for the year. Ava Crimmings has added one goal for ORU. Louisa Ramsauer leads the Golden Eagles in goal, making five starts and bolsters a 2-2-1 record. She has made 29 saves on the season.
