The Bears will host Arkansas State today at 4 p.m. 

The Red Wolves come into the game with a 1-0-1 record, having defeated Mississippi State 3-1last Sunday following a 1-1 tie with Lipscomb in their season opener.

The Bears are coming off a 1-0 win over Lipscomb last Sunday after falling 2-1 to ASU's Sun Belt Conference foe ULM in last Friday's season opener.

Four Red Wolves are tied for the team lead with a goal apiece, with freshman forward Jessica Jingblad leading the team's scoring with a goal and two assists. The Bears are led by sophomore Maddi Poteet and freshman Brooke Ballard with one goal each.

The Bears are 0-3 in their series with Arkansas State, having lost 3-2 in Conway in 2007 in the first meeting. In 2008 ASU won 5-2 in Jonesboro and followed with a 4-1 victory in Jonesboro in 2009.
