Will Kennedy was hired by the University of Central Arkansas in February 2025. He went to Conway HS and went to college at the University of Arkansas.

He was the student assistant at Arkansas from 2018 to 2022. He was then the GA for QB/RB’s at Arkansas from 2022 to 2024. He is now the RB coach at UCA.

During his time coaching at Arkansas, Kennedy was a part of 3 bowl game victories.
